400 DOWD is a high-end residential condo project situated in the Quartier International of downtown Montreal. The project combines both a modern high-rise architecture and the integration of a restored heritage facade. The website and online materials reflect the building with a convergence of functionality and a sophisticated aesthetic.
Website: Layout adapts to any screensize and supports full HD. Dynamic page loading and animations using HTML5 and JavaScript.
Pre-Launch Website: Teaser page with sign-up for lead generation. Easter egg: the background blurs in and out to give give the page a subtle sense volume and life.
Interactive Unit Tour: Highlights amenities and finishes in the bathroom, kitchen and living space
Interactive 360° city view: Pictures of the views from various floors were taken using an hot air balloon and were stiteched and edited to make a seemless 360° view. The website does not use Flash and is iPad compatible.
